Sleeve notes:
“The Unholy Trinity rose from the ashes of The Sid Presley Experience after the split in April 1985. Despite little finance and even less encouragement the trio entered a small 8-track studio with only 2 days to record and mix these six tracks. Turning a blind eye to the difficulties of their situation The Unholy Trinity – Rise To The Occasion.”

Alright boys, you’re alredy familiar with GodfaTHErs, so in the wake of their brand new lp I wanna remind you of their predecessors Sid Presley Experience and The Unholy Trinity [well I’ve already posted Sid Presley Experience complete story on my old blog, but wtf]. Del Bartle [curently play in GodfaTHErs] and Kevin Murphy were in both bands, with “Mad Dog” Lucas in Trinity they kicked some serious ass. Explosive trax as Rock And Roll Traitor’, ‘Bad Boy’ [Larry Williams cover] or ‘Take A Chance’ [Jerry Nolan], make “Rise to the Occasion” one of the best garage punk Ep’s around so you better watch out! Sid Presley Experience come with their ’84 singles “Public Enemy Number One”, “Cold Turkey” and John Peel Session recordings, so ya gotta show some respect ok. Dig !!!
