Believe it or not, 40 years have passed since the release of The Gub Club classic debut album “Fire of Love”. Well, time waits for no one, so it’s a good moment for Surfadelic tribute to this great garage punk/blues band. “Preaching The Blues” is a collection with choice of live trax (and one home recording) from various venues and bootlegs, which covers 11 songs from the legendary Lp. “Death Party”, “Moonlight Motel”, “Danse Kalinda Boom”, “Larger Than Live!” and “Early Warning” are the editions I checked for making this compilation. Now ladies and germs, dig the Sex Beat of “Fire of Love” live!!!
